$500.00 deposit will reserve a puppy. It will hold puppy for upto 2 weeks. All deposits are Non- refundable. The puppy must be paid for in full, before the puppy is scheduled to be shipped or picked up. Shipping is between $350.00 – $500.00.This rate is subject to change and is based on as airfare and transportation price increases. There are no refunds once the puppy has been purchased, full or partial. Puppies will be shipped before they are 10 weeks old. Every effort will be made by the seller to assure that the puppy is healthy when it is delivered to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses incurred from the date of delivery. The buyer has two weeks to paid in full before Puppy must be paid in full with in 2 weeks from the date of sign this document. There will $25 a day charge for taking care of your puppy after two weeks until the puppy is shipped out. If a puppy is not paid for by 14 weeks of age the potential buyer will not be refunded any money paid towards the purchase of this puppy and that particular puppy will be placed for adoption with new owner.
The buyer must take the dog to a veterinarian for a complete physical examination within 24 hours of receiving the puppy. The cost of the examination will be paid by the buyer. If The buyer does not take the puppy to a veterinarian in the 24 hours this and all warranty is void. (Exclude Saturday and Sunday) The seller must be notified immediately of the results of the examination. If the Licensed veterinarian finds the dog to be a poor health risk or detects any physical health problems that would require further veterinary care, the buyer must notify the seller immediately. A report of the results from the veterinarian must be faxed or email attachment to the seller within 24 hours. The seller’s veterinarian will verify the results.
The puppy will be guaranteed for 1 year against any life threatening genetic defects such as includes kidney, heart, pancreases, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening nature. If the puppy is found to have a life threatening defect, a complete report from the buyer’s Licensed veterinarian must be faxed to the seller within 24 hours after the determination. If the puppy dies within this 1 year period, the buyer will pay for a necropsy to ascertain the reason for death. If the reason is congenital, the seller will replace the puppy with one of the same value, to be determined by the seller. A replacement puppy may not be available immediately. The buyer will wait until a puppy from a future litter is available. The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. No monetary refunds will be made. Seller does not cover veterinarian bills. Puppies sold with a Limited Registration do not have a health guarantee. The health guarantee will void if the dog has been sold or transferred to a new owner. If the pup in your care has been treated for any injury the contract is null and void…Pup must be seen by a Licensed veterinarian in 24 hours for contract to be valid all paperwork from said Licensed veterinarian office must be faxed or mailed for contract to be valid.
The health guarantee Does NOT Cover the following: Any habit the puppy has, Treatment for internal or external parasites or bacteria, cherry eye, Hip Dysplasia, loose knees, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, small or collapsed nostrils, bad or uneven bites, undescended testicles, Demodex mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks, ear mites, coccidia, kennel cough, Giardia, thyroid dysfunction. There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of show or breeding potential at the time of purchase. There is no money back if you the buyer decides the pup isn’t to your liking or any reason. The puppy sale is final.
